The truth is, once one knows how to choose the right shades, with some quick tips, it is totally possible to achieve an energetic and natural look effortlessly in merely 10 minutes.
In Colour Me Beautiful system, we say the principle to choose the right make-up shades is to follow your personal colouring, or we call it « Dominant Colour.»
For example, a Deep person with strong colours on their appearance needs at least medium shades to achieve a natural look. The nude or pastel colours could wash them out and make them look ill. A Soft person who has a well-blended and low-contrast colouring on the appearance, on the contrary, will need muted shades to better compliment their delicate looks. Wearing bright colours alone could easily overwhelm them.
