One thing I love about being a personal stylist is, I can empower my clients by fulfilling their dreams.

This empowerment needs to be based on the understanding to my clients- their goals, lifestyle, personality and physical features. On top, I come up with a dressing strategy catering to their life occasions and help them imagine how they look in these scenes. When they enjoy this new image, they feel good about themselves, which further motivates them to step out of their comfort zone and make a change to pursue whom they want to be.

Emotion is a powerful tool to engage people. It can be aroused by colour and other sensory experiences, relates to dreams one aspires to, the value one believes, or a personal experience that makes the person feel special.
That explains why "Emotional Selling" has been widely embraced by brands nowadays- it is seen as a more natural and empathetic approach to connect people, and thus becomes a popular language in advertisements and in-store service.
Compared to Traditional Selling which focuses on products, through Emotional Selling, people tend to double their spending, recommend to their friends, become loyal, and thus create higher life time value for the brand.

I am honored to share how to conduct Emotional Selling in verbal communication and through images with 路易威登 Hong Kong team. In this workshop, every participant has the chance to be my role as a personal stylist to create and fulfill dreams for others- through emotion, through imagination
